My name is Tony. I have been investing in real estate for over 20 years. Until recently it was a part time thing. Now I am all in.

I invest primarily in buy and hold properties. I currently have properties located in Michigan, Florida and California. I personally manage my local properties, as well as some for my relatives here.

I am looking to expand my footprint in the markets I am currently in, as well as entering into my long ago home town of Milwaukee. Maybe a flip or two along the way somewhere, too.
