@Dave Savage thanks for the info, keeping it simple sounds best for the video. I liked what I saw on your site.

@Mike D'Arrigo I definitely understand tailoring a message to the seller's needs, but I just want to make sure I can keep their attention when they get to my page. With internet marketing they will make a snap judgment based on what they see in a matter of seconds. They might not stay on my page long enough to see how I can help.

I'm trying to start my lead generation for flip / wholesale but having trouble with two things:

If I use a video on a squeeze page what should I use? Developed my own? any thoughts?

For the auto response after you capture their e-mail, what is the best thing to send out? Is there a good source for some "market data" or other freebie info we can provide buyers or sellers?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome Rocco, I am new to the forum as well. Born and raised in Naples. I have been looking for prospects in Naples for rentals to purchase and hold. I am a realtor if you are interested in looking at anything, but its not my day job so no sales pitch here.

I am guessing that you are more interested in the off MLS options available. As Jerry mentioned there low priced areas in Naples and plenty of foreclosure action still.

Good luck!

Thanks for the info and advice @Paul Timmins I will definitely get that reading done. I need to also do better with networking down here.

Hi @Ron Climer I appreciate the link. I was licensed last february. Haven't had a chance to really get started in buy/selling as an agent. My full time career has been taking most my time. I am finding the MLS access and networking abilities that come with the license to be very helpful with investment research.

Naples to be exact.

My name is Chad and I've been stalking the forum for months now. I was an accidental landlord three years ago, but have seen the potential. Decided to get my license to help find deals and monitor the market. Looking for opportunities in SFH now to get my feet wet. Learning a ton from the forum and podcasts!

My background is in civil engineering, which moved me into site development construction and sparked an interest in real estate.

I am relatively young and one of the few my age to actually have grown up here. I feel like I know the market well, but it is tough down here for sure.

Any BP groups in SWFL?
