I am not into foreclosures at this time either. Wholesaling will be based on your market so, that's where your local REI Club will help you best.

Tax liens are all together different from the two above. I suggest that you check your state laws and procedures. Find out about where the auctions are held. Attend a few of them and see how it works. Do the research on the properties before you start to purchase. There is some work involved.

Hello Josha,
Since you would like to keep the original design you now have, I would suggest just adding a picture of an investment property to the front of the pocket. This way it establishes that the logo has something to do with real estate.
