@Rick H. , hey the guy on the podcast (I think it was Tom Kroll) said it was a GOLD MINE, so since we're just getting started, we figured we'd do a little research and see what we could find. We'll stay away from the "angries" and "crazies" for now though! :)

Hi all! My partner and I were listening to a podcast here on BP and they mentioned finding a list of motivated sellers that may be in jail/prison. We're having a hard time finding additional info on where to find this list so we can start marketing to them in the NYC area. Any ideas or suggestions on where to find this list?
