@Frank Patalano

I think for a lot of investors, including myself, you want to make sure you do it right. I know that a real estate investment will never be perfect and you will will always learn as you go, but I believe it is important to educate yourself as much as possible before jumping right in. This takes time and I believe that’s what holds a lot of people back. The fear of failure and thinking your never ready. That being said. Once you have a plan in place, than it’s time to trust the process and get involved.

Hi BP community.

I am a Canadian/German investing in Real Estate in the U.S. I have set up a Limited Partnership (LP) with a LLC acting as General partner. This was the best setup for Liability and tax reasons. I am having trouble finding lending. Does anyone have any experience or know of any lenders who lend to LP's.

Thanks.. any feedback or tips appreciated.

I am also thinking of using Stessa. Does anyone know what the cost is to use the app?? Also, has anyone used the app called  Housters?? Seems to be pretty user friendly. I want to have an app to track my properties rather than using Excel. Thanks for any input.. Have a great day!
