Dear BP world 🌍,

I just want to chime in and let you all know that I have found an amazing Rental Property Accounting software and just a great way to have all your rental info in one place real time… including rental contracts, invoices, tenant info etc. On top of this….customer services is reliable and prompt. Fair transparent pricing as well. For these reasons I’ve been happily using Rental Hero (Rentalhero.io) since 2021. Highly recommended 👍👍

Hello all,

I researched many Rental property accounting softwares before settling on Rental Hero (Rentalhero.io). I can honestly say it has saved my life as far as monthly reporting of my rental properties. Its ease of use and customer service are the main reasons I have continued using their service  since 2021. Customer service response time is truly refreshing, as all matters are tended to in fair time. Another plus is being able to attach invoices or rental contracts directly on the platform. These are a few of the many positives of Rental hero. two thumbs up from me.

@Kris H.

Hi Kris.

Just curious as to where in Saskatoon you are getting 18% roi. What numbers go in to your calculation. Could you give an example in numbers of a property that is returning 18%.

Thanks

@Koleton Daley 38127 can have a bad reputation. I can not comment on this particular home because I have not seen this street or the condition of this house. From my experience in 38127, the most important factors are a properly managed home and a solid street location. A properly rehabbed home along with properly priced rents also goes along way in negating turnover. Success can be had in 38127 just as easily as failure. It’s not cut and dry. Due diligence is a must to ensure the best chance at success. Not just in 38127, but anywhere. I’m not sure why @Dean Harris would have any reason to put a investor in a bad situation??!! Happy Holidays...!

@Charles Graham Have you been offered any rates and terms yet. I am searching for lending for my Limited Partnership. I am having trouble finding lending. I’ve heard it may be possible to get lending at smaller banks for an entity. I am curious which rates would be better?? Hard Money lender or small bank. Any help In the right direction is appreciated.
