Hey everyone I'm looking for a little advice.  I just got my first offer accepted on my first duplex.  My question is. It has a 2 car garage but only 1 garage door.  Is there a way to rent out each garage spot separately without having to partition off the garage and install 2 new individual garage doors with openers? My concern is someone forgets to close the big garage door and something gets stolen.  And then it becomes finger pointing about who left it open and who is responsible for the stolen items. Any advice would be much appreciated. 

@Andrew I've definitely listened to that books couple times. Also always listening to the podcast. I need to start with the money podcast. I haven't been able to make a meeting yet but have just recently started looking for them. I've definitely been analyzing deals. I feel likeI'm getting better and better at it. I'll post a picture soon enough.

I got pre approved already so I think I'm good there.  I've made a couple offers already but haven't been accepted because I was having to go contingent.  But now that I've sold my place I've got thatout of the way. I'm also very interested in talking to you about the tax side of things.

Hey everyone.  My name is Clint. I'm just starting the journey into real estate investing and super excited! I have a girl friend and a little baby girl (10 months old) I've been listening to BP. For well over a year now, and love it. I live in the Minneapolis,  saint paul, Minnesota area and just sold my condo downtown saint paul to make this dream happen.
