@Leon Lee

Dual agency is like going to Divorce Court with the same attorney. As an agent, I don’t do it.

Hire a buyers agent who can find and negotiate the best deal to you. The listing agent has a Fiduciary responsible to the seller first.

In a “true” Dual Agency role, the agent cannot advocate for either the buyer or the seller. They are not allowed to negotiate either side.

@Stephanie Simmons

In my market of Cleveland, I have a local portfolio lender who offers great rates and terms on non owner occupied investments up to 4 units.

@Noah Mehrle

S&T Bank in Fairlawn is my portfolio lender of choice locally. 20% down non owner occupied, super competitive rates. I recently had a client in San Diego, buy a Cleveland double and get a 4.6 rate with 20% down.

@Mike Sullivan

With your bankroll, plus a small mortgage, you could

get something cash flowing in the Cleveland market if you decide to shift your focus from Detroit. Let

Me know if you want to chat about it sometime.

 You could split the $200K up across multiple projects and/or properties.
