Hey ladies and gents. I’m from a small town in Louisiana called Laplace which is located mid way between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. I currently work at a chemical plant and I’m exploring the real estate investor world! I’m so excited to learn from all of you, from the BP books and from all the podcasts, which I am currently listening to every chance I get. Thanks for any help I can get from each of you!
