I work with investors in Birmingham, AL to find rental properties. In Birmingham there is a massive inventory of single-family rentals. However, there are very few multifamily properties for sale. In what markets/cities are you seeing a great inventory of multifamily properties?

Working in this market daily, I have found you can find properties in in any area that cash flow. If the neighborhood is less desirable, you may have more vacancy rates to account for. I have seen more investors heading towards areas such as Pinson, Alabaster, and Grayson Valley to optimize cash flow while also having great tenants and a higher chance for appreciation.

As of recently, where are some of the best places to invest in the Birmingham area?
