Hello Mendy- me and my partners own/buy & sell/manage a ton of properties just a bit further south-- in and around Jackson. Obviously the area is not as nice but it's also a much lower cost for entry (most times under $70k for a turnkey SFH) and you are almost always above the 1% rule if not 1.5%. A lot of what we do is BRRRR or just buy at a low enough price to cash our money out and do it all over again! Would love to connect.

Hello everyone! I'm new to the community looking to network and grow my business. Currently we do flips and wholesaling in both FL and MS. Our primary business is being done in FL at the moment where we are spending most of our marketing capital. We also sell and manage turnkey rentals in MS which has been the bread and butter for my partners for the last decade. Just looking to get plugged into the community and make some new connections. Hello - I am trying to find a way to find out of state buyers for turnkey properties and can't seem to have any luck. I've tried all the usual things like networking with local agents and facebook groups but just can't seem to build our buyer pool. Anyone have any methods that they have used with success? 

We do really well in Jackson MS. Still able to find very affordable houses (almost always under 75k). We manage about 150 doors right now most of which were BRRRR'd. We even have some available right now I could give you a look at actual numbers if you are interested just DM me.
