Hi Ryan,

I wholesale in the Central AR & NW FL markets but have been eager to jump into NW AR. I'll send you a PM. As a side note, how well are you connected to the Central AR market? I'm always looking to meet new people too.

All the Best,

Clay

Hi Jim & welcome to BP

I'm also in the central AR market as a wholesaler and investor. BP is definitely a helpful place to be.

So I've been a long time lurker on BP- years even. After becoming much more involved in wholesaling I decided I need to stop delaying and just pull the trigger here in BP and get more active and make more connections.

A little bit about me:

I'm a licensed attorney in Texas but have decided that working in a firm or even starting my own firm is not something I currently want to do. Yes, some think I'm crazy for "wasting" my law degree but I believe the legal knowledge I have will serve me extremely well as an entrepreneur in the future.

I'm currently wholesaling to build up a financial foundation to start buying multi-families to hold for cash flow.  My current markets are Arkansas and Northwest Florida even though I live in Dallas.

Very excited to be here and I look forward to talking/meeting with many of you!

I've been getting started as a wholesaler too. I think the best advice I can offer is to talk to buyers and landlords in your area and get an idea of what they're looking for. Once you know their specs, property hunting gets a lot easier and you already have a buyer lined up to boot.
