I have a contract on a 4 plex and have always used Farmers Insurance. I received a quote from Foremost which is almost half the cost. While I will carefully review and compare both policies to make a good decision, I want to know if anyone has used them and recommends them.

Hello Kyle . Thank you for replying . At this point it is all up to me to draw a proposal . I just don’t know how to go about it at all. Do you have experience with this ? What did you  mean by “specifics” ?

I have no experience on buying something when the seller carries the note . The property is a wonderful one and I feel I can help my friend by providing a steady Income  for her and also being a good financial move for me . 
what would you guys do in the situation ? What is best for my from the business prospective ?

I once read an article here recommending to advertise your property for rent prior/during renovation in order to be able to deduct those expenses during that same tax year. I cannot find it. Can someone please refresh my mind. It was adding the A for advertising to the BRRR (BARRR)
