Thanks for your different points of view, I totally agree with the fact that I have to work with someone that actually helps me, not just because his/her charm.

And if one brings me a deal stick to him/her until the end of the buy.

Thanks @Donald Capwell, I totally agree with you and could never do that, in the other hand I think you're right about different agents and different leads.

Hi everyone, I'm a little concerned here so maybe you can help me.

I'm starting to look at properties with a realtor that I know and yesterday I went to an Open House and I met another realtor that's very nice and friendly (who isn't, right?) so my concern now is if I can work with both or more realtors or just be loyal to one.

Thanks

Ok, I'm learning all kind of terminology, abbreviations and REI slang, today I was looking for some properties on the internet and found a bidding web page and in some properties it says this:

"Note: This property is associated with a special servicer. Winning bids and offers for special servicing properties are subject to approval through a third party financial institution and are not guaranteed approval. Bid/offer review and contract generation may take several weeks. "

Does anyone here bought a property under this conditions or can someone explain to me what does that means?

Thanks!
