Good Afternoon, I am a real estate investor currently looking to increase my scale and work with other investors through lease arbitrage opportunities. I am located here in the Atlanta area and have been improving my system over the last 2 years. Are there any single family or multi family property owners out there that are interested in working together. My target areas are Marietta and the Northwest Atlanta!!!

It sounds like you would really like Buford, Georgia. Just north of Atlanta. There is a large lake (lAke Lanier), several mountain ranges to hike, and great weather.
