I live in Atlanta Georgia, and I want to be able to live out of the country for a year sometime in the future. I am interested in single family properties that bring in about 1400 a month. How many rental properties do you suggest I acquire so I can live out of the country comfortably for a year with consistent cashflow?

Hello! I am 18 years old and looking to start investing. I have read many mindset books including "Rich Dad Poor Dad", I listen to the BP podcast almost religiously, and I go to investor meetups on the regular. I would love to learn how to flip as I have a genuine interest in it. I want to learn how to better estimate renovation costs. I have the book on estimating renovation costs from BP, but would like to be part of an actual project before starting my own.. Any advice on how to get involved with a hands on project is greatly appreciated!  (I live in Atlanta)
