I have been to a lot of meetups but I found many a little too salesy as well. Thanks for the responses!

Hi! I am an agent in the Atlanta area, and I'd to get to know some other folks in my community that I can connect with (for fun or professionally). Let me know if this would interest you and I would love to get to know you!

(excuse my typo in the title. It appears I am not allowed to change it after posting)

I want to buy a property to rent out. I am curious in what ways can I fix/upgrade a home to increase the asking rent price? What about upgrades that will increase the homes resale value? (Adding a room, different upgrades, etc.)

I want to get my foot in the door with real estate development. I am a 19-year-old newly licensed agent with a B.A in finance. Does anyone know developers that would hire me?

Hi everyone! I am a newly licensed real estate agent with the goal of getting into commercial development. Can anyone recommend any jobs that will help prepare me for that? I am 19 years old, I have a degree in Finance, and would like to get my broker license in three years. However, where do I go after that? Assuming I have the financing for projects in the future, how can I get my foot in the door with development?

@Joel Owens, sorry I forgot to mention. It's mostly for myself. I am not a full-time agent but would like to be familiar with this process for future investments and projects. I was thinking that I could join KW for the first year (for the training), then see how it goes?

My name is Clara! I am a newly licensed agent looking to specialize in foreclosures (I live in a family of flippers). I would love to find others in Atlanta. My social circle is rather small and I am trying to find ways to expand that by finding like-minded people. Send me a DM!

I just received my real estate license and decided I would like to specialize in foreclosures here in Atlanta. Can anyone recommend where I would go to do that and how much it would cost? I am 19 years old and have been an acquisitions specialist since last year. I have a little trouble getting clients because of my age and inexperience. Any advice?
