Thanks Travis. I've heard that from others as well, and I knew that when I started researching. I have family there I visit often and I am trying to make it work for financial and tax purposes. But I understand the issues you've warned about. Denver is tough right now.

That's great advice Travis. I appreciate it. Any good, trustworthy contractors you are aware of in the Denver area? I'll be fix and flipping in the Denver area while living in Omaha.

Thanks, Rosston. I've been looking there and it looks legit. I knew it was very popular, so I didn't know if there were so more, non-traditional companies

Does anybody have any good recommendations for reasonable business card providers?

Does anyone have anything to say about a company in Denver called net worth Realty? They are a wholesaler/real estate broker that allows deals for fix and flips as well as possible buy and holds. I am curious about their trustworthiness as well as accuracy on after repair value. Thanks for any guidance possible!

I'm sure it's difficult. I have a friend that lives there and he has access through others as well as experience. Just need a trustworthy contractor.

I have been investing in real estate for a few years now, but all buy and holds. My business partner and I are just starting to look at flip opportunities in the Denver area. We would really appreciate a referral for a TRUSTWORTHY CONTRACTOR in the DENVER AREA. Neither of us live in the Denver area, so a trustworthy contractor will make a world of difference! Thanks for any guidance possible!

Thank you Julian and Seth! I appreciate it. Do you recommend the online or desktop version of Quickbooks?

Thank you SO MUCH Gerald! I truly appreciate the quick response! It sounds as though my intuition was correct and I will definitely go with QuickBooks. Does it matter if I use the online software or the desktop software? My father and CPA already have it, but I want any of the three of us to be able to update and view the same document at any time. Thanks again.
