For wholesaling the easiest way in my opinion is call some investors in your area and asked them what escrow company do you use. I find that's a easy way to find title companies or attorneys that's already doing closing for investors like yourself.

Jon Holdman thank you for commenting on this topic I like the dregs of properties because I have a team that we go in and make the worst house look like the best house and yes I we have the capital to do this. My challenge is tapes are normally sold in random locations and I am in SFL and to get teams together to do the renovations will probably be a big task and to flip or assign contracts to other investors is another challenge and other areas. But again thank you for your comments.
