Looking for a good hard money lender or private money to help fund my up incoming deals. I have my own money but in need of more for other deals. Looking for good pricing. Any suggestions.

Looking at a deal that I want to do. But haven't used a hard money lender before. Usually I use private lender but was thinking, l rather use hard money on this day should take about 3months to rehab? What do you I guys think??? And who has the best rate for hard money?
