We used “Chic Grey” from Behr for the walls of two of our properties and we love it. It complements all of the accent wall colors we used, from a deep royal blue to a light teal blue and even lemon yellow. I don’t know what the closest match would be in other brands. Flat in bedrooms, satin in bathrooms. In some light it can almost look white.

Here are some raw photos. Hope this helps!

Btw where is your property located?

Hello BP Community,

I'm trying to add our company logo to the BP reports, but when I do, the format/layout of the report changes. The income and expense pie charts get pushed to the next page when I add my logo, no matter what size and width/height proportion I change our logo to. How can I use our logo and have the income and expense charts stay on the first page? Thanks!

@John Collins That's a method I didn't think about. Thanks! How were you able to find out which properties were non-owner occupied?

@Jeff Zimmerman Gotcha. I found some numbers on RENTCafé too. What do you think of their rent trend analyses? Thanks!

@Jeff Zimmerman Thanks for the tips! Are you finding rentometer to be on the low or high end of the averages? We’re finding that it seems low in other markets so wondering if it’s the same for Fresno.

Hello BP Community! My husband and I are looking into rental investing in Fresno, CA. We’re doing research and trying to find out more about the market there, from average rents to rental vacancy rates to neighborhood statistics and such.

Does anyone have any good sources of information on that? Better yet, does anyone have recommendations for brokers/agents and property managers for Fresno?

TIA!
