Thank you all!!! I agree I didn't want to be rude and not respond to them as I feel everyone should know one way or the other. I will also keep notes in case I need to refer back on why I didn't move forward with them. Appreciate you all again!

By law do I need to let each tenant know I am not moving forward with them? I am in Idaho and new to being a landlord again.  I am using Cozy as my application process but they do not have a reject button. Any other systems you would recommend or do you reach out to them directly saying "We're sorry but we've rejected your application".  Or is that even necessary?
