We did a lot of buy-fixing-selling last year and are currently working on a big rehab in the Norwood "Presidential" district off of Floral. Looking forward to getting it on the market in the next couple of weeks.

Hello. I work for a real estate investment company in Cincinnati. Looking forward to getting involved in this forum. Market here is still going strong, particularly for investors. Lots of inventory.

When I'm not looking at houses, I enjoy golfing and spending time working on my house with my wife.

It isn't that hard to track down divorce, death, marriage, birth certificates, etc. You just need to go to the correct county. I had to track death certificates and marriage certificates down last year to get clear title where dower rights had not been released. Turned out both the husband and wife were deceased, but I still had to prove it in order to get to closing. It would have cost me thousands if I had hired someone to do what only took a little bit of research and an afternoon of running around SW Ohio.

There are a loft of investors and companies that can work a short sale for her. Just beware of the ones that charge upfront fees!
