I also have the LLC set up and now I'm about to open a business account. Not sure if this is related but how do I move money that I've saved up in a personal account into the new business account/LLC without it being connected to my personal account?

I've been trying to learn the best way to track the next possible downturn and it sounds like from the experts it's going to be a huge devaluation of our currency instead of another subprime loan debacle.  I was trying to track the Yield curve to see current graphs online but couldn't figure it out on the US Dept of Treasury website and the link seems to be dead...hummm.  I know the deficit is insanely astronomical, stock market is a gamble and the housing market is slowing, but what is the best way to get a foggy but somewhat clear picture of what is going on?

I'm in the Atlanta market looking for a CPA and Attorney that know a lot about investing in another state with buy and hold properties.   Any suggestions would be great!  Thanks!

I am trying to wrap my head around how to transfer money from a personal savings account and HELOC in one state to another state that will hold my business/LLC account. Will it tie the business account and personal account together and raise flags? I'm trying to start my Buy & Hold realestate business in another state but have the money tied up in the state I'm living in now, so I'm just preparing before I move the money to purchase homes in another state.

I'm about to purchase a house in Alabama but live in Atlanta, I found out that I will need to file the LLC in Alabama and get a registered agent with a real address. I want to get a business account at my bank here in Atlanta but don't know if I'll have to get a business account in Alabama instead that links with the LLC filed in
Alabama.  Does anyone know?  I also want to purchase the house with a check that will be coming from a personal non business account here in Atlanta.  Is that possible or do I have to buy rental property from the business account in the state the house stands.  Confused? Yes I am...

I wish there was a way to keep a master list on BP of nightmare tenants.  Is that even legal? Hope you're able to work this out!
