Looking for insight on how to structure a partnership to purchase turnkey investments. I understand that LLCs are usually way to go here, but I also understand that the rates for loans are higher for LLC ‘s. Just wondering if there's other ways people have done it? Also curious of ways people structure the deal with a partner and if anybody's been through that process?

Thanking about waiting to make our first turnkey purchase until the new year as the markets seems like it’s getting closer to a big change. Just not sure it would make a difference or not in the world of turnkey purchases. Advice or insight appreciated!

Think of relocating to Madison WI area. Property taxes are shockingly high there and we are looking into having a small farm. Anyone know what’s required to get a homestead exemption due to having a small farm on your residence?
