I know, it's not rocket surgery.

Highlight, copy, paste link into the message. This apparently does not work.

Can anyone me out here?

If you go to cnbc.com, click on the CNBCTV.
Choose cnbcU.S., click on Squawck Box.

A list of videos will show up. There are 5 of them. Start with the lowest vid first. They're usually posted by most recent.
Also, watch the video called Hedge Fund Titan, Ray Dalio. Very Important!

Both Zell and Dalio don't believe the dollar will be the Reserve Currency of the future.
If that happens, the US loses all credibility for future investment from other countries.
The US has been borrowing from others on our good credit. Can you say No Doc/Stated income? We all know what happend to those loans. Well this could be coming to an end, soon.
End of an Empire?
Anyone teaching their kids Chinese yet?

Sorry for the directions to the site. I still can't get a Hyperlink to work.

J,
I usually want to see at least 3 sales within 90 days and I'm not seeing it. If the houses were way below market, maybe that could be factored in.
Thanks

General concensus.
The investor side of my brain wants to make a couple of offers. HUD, REO etc.
The Realtor side of my brain keeps me held back.
I'm finding many Actives in the same area as the subject property. Unfortunately no recent Pendings or Sales. Going back 6months to get maybe one or two sale yet no Pendings Not a good sign.

My question to everyone is. How do you use this information in determining whether to pull the trigger? My offers would be very close to the 70% rule. Do you have a rule of thumb to walk away from that neighborhood. ( fix and flips)

Thanks

The Dems probably put that in to shut Ron Paul up. He's a big gold buyer.

Lol, good one!

The Avatar says, "If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem."

Question received.
Thanks

Will do.
Bernanke got grilled again today. He was asked that question. Of course, He agreed something had to be done but never gives his opinion on how to go about doing it.
" Whadda you wanna do? I don't know, whadda you wanna do?" No wonder this country is in the state it's in.

Pretty obvious for a fellow Pennsylvanian, huh?

I may get the chance in the near future to speak with a famous market economist. I'm will not say who he is. He is frequently on CNBC and is well respected in the Industry. If you could ask him one question about the future of the RE market, what would you ask?
My question to him would be this.
With another 2 million plus properties in the Shadow Inventory. Are we looking at another dip in property values in the near future?
If you guys have anything you would like to know, post it. I will try to work it into the conversation. Please keep it short and sweet.
Thanks
