I worked for an electrical outfit for a bit and was on a digging crew. My foreman used back-hoes everyday for years and he still always managed to break at least one line every time we dug a ditch. Hand digging sux!

Hello,

I am wondering if any of you have submitted your deals to national home buyers, like homebuyernetwork.

I sent in some of my deals and they want to use an option to shop them around to their buyers.

Anyone tried this?

That is because they are corrupt. The sad thing is that they are legally allowed to be corrupt via the lobbying network.

It baffles me when something is allowed to continue that is so "in your face" wrong, such as, the lobbying practices.

The only way to straighten out this mess that we're in is to outlaw lobbying and lobbyists. Make the lawmakers earn their state appointed wages for their "voluntary" work. If they complain that they don't make enough then give them a raise and make it a permanent full time position, 40 hrs a week, where they punch in and out with a time clock and we the people whom they are supposed to be serving can keep them accountable.

Political offices were created to represent the majority. The majority are not lawyers and ceo's of huge corps. The lawmakers are supposed to earn a wage for their part-time voluntary work. If you sign up and agree to make a set wage then there shouldn't be any complaints about not making enough money. And this is where the lawmakers cross the line and begin patting the lobbyists on the back and pass laws that favor the voters with the most money. Then, after their term has ended the former lawmakers become lobbyists and per$uade the new lawmakers to create favorable laws.

As it has been said, greed and money are the causes of the mess we are in. But it is the lawmakers and their suiters who have created a vicious never-ending cycle. And they are allowed to do it!

During the past presidential election my jaw hit the floor when Hilary Clinton sat on David Letterman's show and came right out and said that the votes that came in with the most money counted more then just a vote. She didn't blink, wasn't ashamed and looked as if she thought that was rational.

Outlaw Lobbyists! Ban Lobbying!

If the whole neighborhood is inundated with foreclosures and preforeclosures then you need to do some research and find out why.

The market may be flooded with the supply of these houses in this neighborhood but the demand may not be. That is very important to find out or you could just be wasting a lot of time.

If you secure several properties and market them to your buyers whom are not interested then it's all for nawt.

Find the ones with the most equity first and focus on those. Sub2's here maybe a great opportunity.

I have found the multiple perspectives to be very informative.

The hyper-sensitive controlling aspect of the thread is annoying.
