Another newbie from San Diego

Hi all,

I am a young realtor from San Diego, CA. I am new to BP, but have spent a good number of hours reading thru your posts. I am truly impressed with the information and how successful you guys are in REI.

I have always wanted to be a RE investor and that's why I got my license in the first place. However, I still not have a chance to do this yet. I would like to learn from everybody here. I am looking for a mentor to get me off the ground and running. I have common sense and good business skills and most importantly, a desire to learn and to succeed. I have the education, but need some guidance to put that into practice. I am also interested in the opportunities to work together (as your realtor, partner, investor, bird-dog, etc.) if it's beneficial for all parties.

Any help would be appreciated!
