Hi @Gavin Kitzi, I would also explore getting a loan estimate from a mortgage broker. They typically have lower rates and little to no lender fees when compared to traditional banks and lenders

Transitioning jobs should be OK as long as he's staying in the same industry. I recommend talking with a mortgage broker. Happy to help in any way I can
