Looking for real estate agents who work primarily with investors

Hi! I’m based in CA and looking for referrals for real estate agents who work with investors. A plus if they’re used to working with out of state investors. 

I'm looking to invest in my first rental property over in Phoenix/Tempe. Open to BRRR but prefer turnkey. Goal is cash flow with some appreciation (B class neighborhood?). Feel free to chime in with advice on those goals as well! Thanks in advance!

I am in PHX and looking for my first investment property. I have been incredibly impressed with my agent. He went to look at properties while I was on vacation and sent me videos. When the sellers didn’t show up on time, he waited for them while I went home. When the inspection came back, he analyzed it and prepared an amazing counter offer. Absolutely above and beyond, every step of the way. I hope my deal closes so he can get paid!! He thinks outside the box and solves problems so I think he would be good for someone working out of state. I’m new to BP so I don’t know if I can post his info publicly.
