@Blake Dailey

Hey Blake,

That’s also my sons name. I really like that approach and I will definitely give it a try. Helping others is always what I’ve found to be most rewarding.

@Anthony Dadlani

Thank you so much. I look forward to this challenge. I am looking for deals that range from 20 units up to 150. Already have a couple partners from the past that I’ve been trying to help as well.

Hello everyone,

After going through the last two years looking like a chicken with my head cut off and making every wrong mistake I think I could of made. I finally decided to go all in and get a coach to really figure this thing because it was like every where i went i would lose money or not get paid the money I was truly owed. it frustrated me to the point of just giving up all hope and never truly become what I was destined for. Now a month and week in with my coach my vision has never been clearer. Seeing how simple it was and how I have been avoiding all these little details that where so simple yet so out of reach. It has been an eye opening transition and I could be any happier about the amount of value I have been able to create within myself and i would love to offer this value to anyone that is willing to give me a chance on my journey. I've learned how to find deals that not everyone else can because I am willing to go the extra mile for individuals that believe in me. I go above and beyond for people that choose me.

Values I have to offer

I am a multi-family investor that seeking partners that want add units to there portfolios in Louisville, Kentucky that are add value opportunities. I will search for deals that fit your criteria and not settle for less. I will provide you on what add value options the property has and how you can correct those and boost your NOI dramatically. I can also help find great banks to use here and what property management companies to use and also lawyers if need be. But the best thing I have learned is that I love doing this for people and it brings me great joy to be able to find your perfect deal so that I can keep giving back to the community and one day the world.

I hope everyone has an amazing day and I look forward to connecting with anyone.

@Daniel Fitzroy what’s going on daniel. I can tell you what I am doing now and I only make 40k a year with my w2 job. You got to find out how you can create value for others. You have to be willing to go that extra mile to get a deal. What did was took advantage of the cares act and withdrew month from my 401k and bought a coach. It may seems like a huge risk. But it has been beyond rewarding. I’ve deeply educated myself on my niche ( multi family). Expanded my network with people of similar goals and people that can use the values I bring to the table. If you’d like to go into this further. Feel free to reach out. I’d love to help you create value within yourself

@Dan Wentworth hey Dan. I hope you are well. The truth is I have not syndicated a deal yet. I have deeply educated myself. I have aligned myself with an amazing coach and other partners that have buying power to get those 70+ units. I’m also willing to do whatever it takes to make these goals of my happen and go the extra mile to make anyone who is willing to work with me beyond happy with my service.

Hello everyone, Im Christopher Vincent and I am a family man who is passionate about giving back and adding value to others. That is also why I got into real estate. I want to give my children the life they deserve and I also want help those in need around the world achieve a better life. That's just a little about who I am. Real estate wise my team and I are looking to invest in apartment complexes in Louisville, KY and they are going to range from 20 to 100 units. We are going to look for complexes that have some deferred maintenance and possibly have a few vacancies and also we would like to see rents lower than market rate. So we can raise them after we rehab the units. Also we want to fill in those vacant units to decrease the vacancies and stabilize the property to increase our NOI dramatically. After stabilizing the property the team will see if it best to sell or refi the property into long term debt and pay out our investors or 1031 exchange it into a larger property. I really love talking to people and going the extra mile to satisfied your needs and get you that perfect deal or partnership. If any of this sounds interesting or appealing please feel free to connect with me and we can hope on a call to see how we can benefit each other and more!

Hello everyone,

I’m going to buy my first investment property within the next 3-6 months. But I’m having a little trouble I. Deciding if I should start with a single family home. Or go straight for multi family with 3-5 units. I would love to just hear opinions. Pros and cons with both. I’m leaning more towards multi family. I’m currently in the Louisville, Kentucky market.

Hello everyone. I have been dabbling in real estate investing for a little over a year now. I do not have a huge marketing budget so i looked for at a local riea group in Louisville, Kentucky and found a person that took a shot with me only have doing 1 wholesale deal. Right now I am currently his Acquisition manager looking to become a partner along side him. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity because it has made me realize this is what I want to do with the rest of my life. Also I picked up the 90 day journal and just got into my own small mastermind group which i am looking forward to very much. My long term goal is get into small apartments and slowly work my way up to big deals. I am looking to network and connect with as many people as possible.
