thanks for the advise @Jack Bobeck. I this will help me a lot with my analysis. I'm looking into foreclosures around your area  too! I have a friend that lives in Avondale and she told me about the growth around there and riverside.

Hey BP!

I'm new to REI and I'm researching the Jacksonville market since it has more opportunity then my current area in Gainesville. What website do you use to find the HOA's for property? Are there any recommended areas to look at? I've heard Riverside, Avondale, and Baymeadows are a good spot to look at. I want to consider house hacking and using am FHA loan to help me so that. Otherwise I'd want to get a condo/townhouse to get my feet wet, but need to get the HOA information so I can run numbers.

Thanks again for any advice!

Chris

I wish I could’ve attended this event @Robert Haynes! I've been trying to look for events close to Gainesville, but have been unsuccessful. I'm new to REI and I'm highly interested in joining a local meetup. Keep up the hustle!

OMG… That’s an amazing Idea, I never thought of that!

You are absolutely right, being a nurse gives me the time to be able to jump on this Real Estate game. I find myself extremely fortunate to have “woken up” on becoming an investor and being at the position I’m in.

I’m going to look into this travel nurse/ home rental hack… I feel like that’s a great way to be introduced to the real-estate game too!

Thanks again for your post @Cassi Justiz!
