In case you are still wondering, I went to NYREI and there is REEDC type that in along with nyc and that will help you find the locations. However some brokers will also point you to a more affordable choice.

@Ryan Bolesky i have never been to closing, however the mind always worry before the big day. sort of like a system check, just like a test, cross your T's dot your I's and check with your team. 

and if the event something does happen always think what ever could go wrong will be a minor oversight that can be remedied
