Did you realtor show comps in the area to justify rental price? Just curious how you arrived at your advertised rental price. Would you consider month ot month? One thing I've learned about trying to rent a property during the winter months in Cleveland is that there are extra costs/efforts that you don't incur during the summer. For example, you'll have to pay to (or do on your own) winterize the property. Snow removal on sidewalks is another one. I've got a vacancy coming up Dec 1 and will offer month to month in the hopes of being able to find a long term tenant in the spring/summer when rental rates are higher anyway and more people are looking to move.
