Hi there I am a wholesaler In the UK, Bristol looking to close my first deal but i am looking for someone who is much more experienced with the forms, I have the forms but am not sure what need to be enclosed in them.

I would really appreciate your help so I can get closing my first deal, If there is anything I can do to help you just let me know.

As far as I am aware on what i know so far you should enclose in the contract form some thing stating that if you do not find a buyer in xyz period of days then you can back out.

I am sure there are much more experienced wholesalers on here than myself on here that can help you out.

HI all I am a R.E.I getting things going as a  wholesaler I need some help from someone who is much more experienced I have just found a motivated seller and I have a someone who is looking to buy the commercial property. 

I really want to help this guy out  as it would be a great opportunity for him as it would expand his business as the shop it much more bigger so that he can provide for his family better. The frustrating this is that I have the three types of forms but am not sure what need to be enclosed to make thing extremely transparent to avoid any confusion.

I  will be looking for looking for cash buyers as well so I will be able to help out I don't know if you would be able to help me I have the correct forms put on the option to purchase form is much clearer than my purchase and sale and assignment form?

I need someone to take a look at them who is more experience and can advice me on what I should do. Is this something you would be able to help me with Daniel or know of the best person to get this look at.

On the option and purchase form is seen to be more clearer and transparent then my purchase and sale agreement and assignment form?

would you be able to .help me. by taking a look at these form for the benefit of my motivated sellers who want to do away with headache of there property.

P.S if not could you please .Point me in the right direction. of helping me get this forms done correctly that would be a really great help, would the best place be a solicitors to make sure these forms are layout out correctly?
