@Luka Milicevic@Barbara G. @Ralph Hunter@Rob Beland appreciate your guys advice. I am not upset that she moved out across the street because honestly it gave me a reason to remodel an old apartment but I'm upset that she can't take care of her cat. If it's going to come on my property and **** then I'm sorry but you got to clean it up.  Imagine my new tenants are allergic to cats and this cat sneaks into the house ? It could cause issues in the long hall which is why I want to do something about it now. Yes part of the reason for the remodel was because the cat destroyed the apartment.

What's going on everyone? So my dilemma is that a past tenant of mine who recently moved out to an apartment across the street owns a cat that she had living in my apartment for the past 11 years. My lease blantaly says "no cats or pets" however because it didn't seem to cause any issue I let it slide. Now that she lives across the street and for some reason can't seem to keep the cat under control, the cat is constantly coming to my property. It's peeing & pooping everywhere and has been slithering inside whenever I'm walking in and out of the apartment. I asked her to do something about the cat and she refuses to get in touch with me. What should I do about this? Not trying to do anything illegal
