My plan was to renovate the property and get the rents up. I felt like the area was good enough to run the numbers on it. Also, thanks for the reply! I'm new to this whole new process but I'm going to become very good at this real soon.

I think i analyzed this property pretty good! I even look for comps in the area through Google maps i feel pretty good about it lol!
