What contract do I have in place to protect my position? I have my first buyer in place and he gave me his criteria for the type of investment property he is looking for. Is there a contract to use not to get circumvented out of a deal? He asked ask that I found some properties that meet his criteria and send them over to his assistant and she will email over the proof of funds letter to the selling party.

I would like information on the best way to automate my new Real Estate Business?

Is there a software program that will automate my new business? What is the BP opinion of Freedomesoft.com? I read over the post for creating a podcast for this matter. I have come across this one mentioned above and a program on wholesaling/co-wholesaling by Zack Childress

@Michael Jobe Thank you. I was starting to wonder why I was not getting that blue highlight to come up when I was reaponding to the BP members.

@Michael Moikeha I have no problem waiting to get my first property. I am reading the books that will point me in the right direction and listening to podcasts from BP. I was attending the local REIA meeting that was free in my area but that have postponed the meeting for a while. Now I am looking for another meeting that is free in or near my city.

@Ned Carey I am looking at 2-4 Units to get started and learn how to find the property, analyze the property, raise capital, etc.
