Join us for an informal meeting of real estate investors that are from the DC area. This group is for people that want to be active in real estate investing and want to give and take ideas, suggestion, and network with like-minded individuals. There will never be any sales pitch, nor a cost to join.

This is a monthly meeting.

Normally, this would be the first Thursday of the month, but we've pushed it out a week due to the holidays and related travel schedules.

Team - feel free to bring deals to soft pitch, or offer deals for group evaluation and feedback.

What a FANTASTIC meeting tonight. Thanks to everyone for coming out. The group really had a great time and shared lots of ideas on who/what/when/how. Most people seem to want to buy and hold, are interested in multi family, want to invest with a team. I’ll email the group tomorrow with notes, etc.
