One Question Mary, if you don't mind. When you mentioned MF podcast.: Is that just general Money Financing podcasts or is there a specific "MF podcast"? Googled MF podcast and got some interesting results. Thanks for the advice and book recommend. Hopefully in a couple months I'll be able to share some knowledge here. Bigger Pockets is like a positive and productive version of Facebook. Love it and I don't have to see a bunch of pictures of what people ate for lunch.

My wife and I have owned sfr to rent in the past but last year we leveraged to live in our rental and pay it off completely. In the next 6 months I'd like to get into a triplex or duplex in the Tacoma area of Washington. Are there any detailed books that pertain to the ins and outs of multiplex investments? I'd like to know more about the differences in financing as well as management pertaining to growth. My goal is mainly to accomplish a good level of passive income in the next 10 years. Thanks!
