My wife and I have owned sfr to rent in the past but last year we leveraged to live in our rental and pay it off completely. In the next 6 months I'd like to get into a triplex or duplex in the Tacoma area of Washington. Are there any detailed books that pertain to the ins and outs of multiplex investments? I'd like to know more about the differences in financing as well as management pertaining to growth. My goal is mainly to accomplish a good level of passive income in the next 10 years. Thanks!

@Mary Mitchell Thank you Mary! I just ordered the book. The summary of the book is exactly what I need to feed my brain with. We are expecting we will put 20 percent down.
