Thank you for your replies. I don't try to push the issue since Im mailing to delinquent tax payers, and there is likely a little stress on their end. They seem to think I'm the same person sending the other mailers (which could be good or bad). I mostly find it amusing, but I was just wanted to be sure I wasn't doing something wrong.

There are plenty of houses that sell outside of the MLS. You can do your own marketing to get sellers to contact you before listing their home. There are also foreclosure auctions and tax sales. Auction.com has a lot of properties as well. Check some of the other forums on BP for advice on finding motivated sellers.

I just started a post card campaign, and am mostly getting people calling asking to removed from my mailing list... Is this normal, or is it possible I used the wrong type of mail peice for my campaign?
