Not knowing your current rate, at 3- 4% it is very cheap money, almost Free! We Are COMMITEd To Locking Up ALL The 3-4% Property Loans We can. Great question and responses!

Thank you again Jared for your response to my inquiry back in March. After investigation, doing our due diligence, and three meetings with the Principals we saw the MatrixRealEstateInvestorNetwork a fit for us.

So much so, we were invited/interviewed to be on the Board of Directors, a part time paid position. The Founders have been so impressed with Catherine, my Wife and Business Partner, that they have brought her on Full Time to run Operations.
