@Stephen Brown Thank you for your input, 10% of something is better than 100% of nothing.  I accept any knowledge I can get.  My biggest weakness sometimes is OVERTHINKING and I absolutely hate it!!! Not only does it consume so much time, it tends to turn simple tasks into rocket science.  Having the ability to look at properties and comps quickly is key for me to build the success I want in this industry.  Thank you again for taking the time to reply to my post!!

Newbie from Philadelphia area looking to purchase my first property in the near future.  Reaching out to anyone with knowledge on how to QUICKLY analyze a property to see if it's worth the investment.  Going back to the old saying "time is money", in my case, its also valuable.  Open and willing to all ideas and strategies.  Feel free to comment or DM, wish everyone the best on all their endeavors

@Andrew Syrios I honestly listened to your podcast twice, you and your brother Phillip are amazing and hilarious, but hats off to your dad whom I give tremendous credit to!!!  Seems he did a great job on raising you both and I'm sure that goes for your other siblings as well.  Keep up the great work guys!!!

@Bruce Woodruff Good evening Bruce, and thank you for reaching out.  I do have construction experience, not only was I an iron worker in the City of Philadelphia, I also worked for an engineering firm in Media, Pa. So I definitely know the ins and outs of construction which is a plus, what I lack is the knowledge of understanding how the market really works and where to really start my journey.  So far, I see this is the best place to start while I'm working on educating myself, bigger pockets was definitely a huge puzzle piece that I've been missing.  Come hell or high water, I'm succeeding in this new endeavor, for me, but most importantly, for my family!!

@Dan Guenther Thank you for the words of wisdom.  I'm definitely working on educating myself as well as trying to network with as many people as possible to assist me on this journey.  I've told others, I have a ton of negative energy around me that has stopped me in the past, mainly it consumes of a bunch of individuals telling me not to waste my time with an endeavor they know nothing about nor tried conquering on their own.  Thankfully, after stumbling across bigger pockets, I found a place to network with people who are not just full of positive energy, but people that have been in the business and know what they're talking about.  Again, thank you Dan, and you can definitely count on me reaching out to you with questions and concerns.

@Bradley Hubbard Good morning and thank you for reaching out.  One of my weaknesses is having a grasp on understanding the market, and of course like most newbies, where to even begin.  I've attended "Guru" seminars that I spent my hard earned money on just to be put on a path of broken promises and falsified pretense.  Thankfully, I discovered "Bigger Pockets" from just doing a simple google search 'Best books for real estate investing' and then a narrowed it down by the stars and reviews and stumbled across Brandon Turners Investing in Real Estate with No (and low) Money Down, this was my turning point.  I've made this discovery a few months ago and I've been trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible, from the audiobook to the podcasts.  Just recently got on here, and I see first hand how great it is for networking.

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie investor looking forward to get started with my real estate journey.  To be clear, I'm not looking for cash investors, hand-outs, or someone to do all my dirty work, I'm a very hard-worker and just need the proper guidance to get me kick started.  (For those interested, but need to know more about me, please don't hesitate to reach out)
