What's up BP Nation!!! Starting my first LLC, but I'm curious about a few things...

First, should I create my LLC in the state I reside, or where I attend to purchase properties?...or does it even matter?

Second, is it a good idea to create one prior to your first investment?  Personally, I think so because my I'm dedicated and committed to making this work, but would still appreciate feedback

Last, After starting LLC I'm going to immediately get business cards made, should I get a website setup as well?

Good evening everyone, looking for local meetups in the Philadelphia/Tri-State area.  If anyone has information on weekly or monthly meetings, please share with me so I can attend.  As some of you know, I'm an over-the-road truck driver and I'm typically gone for 2-3 weeks at at a time driving coast to coast, but I'd like to attend as many meetings as I can when I'm home whether its group, one-on-one or zoom.

For those individuals out of town, I'd be more than happy to attend your meetings as well if I'm passing thru.  I'm willing to make any sacrifices necessary to get my family where we need to be, so just let me know, and I'll make it happen. Thank you!

Good afternoon Bigger Pockets Family, I have a quick question.  How many days in advance must a landlord give for a 6-month or less Tenancy agreement, and do they vary per state?

@Brendan Miller I'm currently trying to run the the exercise of analyzing properties to get practice, but needed to reach out to learn quick and easy systems.  I've been spinning my wheels because I was unsure if I was taking the right approach.

@David Haynes Very detailed approach which was easy for me to understand.  I'm aware some think this is simple, and it just might be, but I'm not ashamed to ask what I don't know and you really helped me out tremendously with this post.

@Brian Pownall I plan on creating a template per market to help me strategize properties better. I will look into the free underwriting template, first time that has been brought to my attention.  Thank you!
