Bryant Schur and everyone else thank you for this entire discussion I'm loving the vital information. I am currently living in Florida and searching for my first investment property which I'll be house hacking and looking to acquire a FHA loan since I do not have a lot of capital. I was wondering in your opinion what are the pros and cons to house hacking? What have you learned over the years that you wish you knew when you first started? You have done this for some years now, any important tips I should keep in mind going into my first property?

What are you opinions on house hacking? Have you house hacked? What do you feel are the pros and cons? I have been searching my local area for multi family units. My plan is, since I don't have much capital, to house hack it until I can afford my next investment. I can think of some pros and cons but I'd like to reach out to you guys and get your opinion. I'm very new to REI so I'm open to all responses.

Thomas Franklin thank you, I will soon be analyzing properties and I know I will have tons of questions. I will definitely be posting questions. I'm happy to have a good support from those who have been through the beginner thought process.

John Mathewson thank you! I consistently read 1-2 books a week, have listened to almost every podcast on BiggerPockets, and TRY to attempt 1 or 2 seminars a months. To prevent analysis paralysis, soon I need to just jump in. The best knowledge is through experience right? I like the support and energy of this group. As I begin analyzing properties I will definitely be reaching out. Thank you again.

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to REI and I will initially be investing in long term buy and holds. I say "initially" because as I learn more I'm sure I will venture into other catergories that will suit my short term goals as well as long term. I am located in Flagler County, Fl, hoping to find a mentor and other business-like people to surround myself with for knowledge and motivation. Daily, I try to find seminars to attend as well as new books. I still have a lot to learn but I am glad to have found this group and everything it provides. Thank you all, if you're in Flagler County, Fl as well, let's grab a coffee sometime!
