exactly the input i was looking for and actually starting to discover @zaid.

thx

beginner here who wants to buy first property on live in flip holding for 2yr (tax benefits).

Then duplex out and begin to rent other side and or both moving on. Does anyone work in or around the Palmdale / lancaster CA markets and what are some of the drawbacks of these 150k  3000/Sq ft. CA homes that are only 2 hrs away from water front?

i feel like this might be an easier market to begin in as CA prime real estate is Scarce.

any comments help.. thx BP members

My name is Alan Abernathy and im new here as well as to real estate in general.  My goal with this post is to reach out to investors and their already functioning business models in hopes that their are some tedious or monotonous tasks that I can take of of their hands.  Delegating these small hassles to me will then grant me access to real numbers, examples, and truly hands on experience in real estate. I have an open mind when it comes to the type of task at this point yet i feel some will be worthy of small compensation. i am not looking for a part time job necessarily although i am gainfully employed full-time I am in hopes that this can be a win win situation with the amount of members/ transaction taking place in and around this wonderful bigger pockets community. i am open to any and all suggestions and eager to know if i can start immediately analyzing real concrete deals locally and or from a far.

Thanx BP.

im debating between californialicense dot com because of the cleanliness of layout which tells me navigation should be simple and difficult to become missguided. Also their customer service/ sales staff answered when my second choice's did not answer even during designated hours. That second choice was realestateexpress dot com.  Thier 3 min tour had me sold because of the extra's in packet. Both have success guarantee yet the budget spent on kayout looks like california license wont be so boring. Not sure yet. I did aswell look at kaplan and  allied schools.

I need them to be online and pc based as im on tablet/computer with free 2-3hrs per day and 1-2hours at home i should make ok progress.

hi there, i am interested in wholesaling as well as trying to do a live in flip in near future !

i would love to get my REA license and maybe even change careers soon. so i have heard how much a license can tremendously from MLS access to seeing multiple properties easier and just knowing more about the industry.

can anyone tell me about if im doing the right thing,

I am planning on paying $175 for course and then i think $99 for testing.

are these the right prices/ steps and can anyone give a heads up on anything i might find out or need to know that isnt explained or mentioned.

thank you in advance BP heads !!
