Hi folks,

I'm looking at placing offers on a few SFH's that have been disconnected from utilities for the past few months. I've already been in the units with my broker and am satisfied that they are structurally sound, have no insect issues, and that roofs all seem in good shape. I'm somewhat concerned about getting adequate inspections done with the utilities disconnected, and unsure whether or not we would even be able to have them reconnected during DD. I suppose we could hook up a portable generator to the panel to test wiring, but does anyone have any experience with this kind of situation and suggestions?

Thanks,
Chris

PS  - houses are located in NC if that matters

Thanks @Dawn Brenengen I will definitely try to make the next meeting, fingers crossed we don't all have to go back to shutting everything down.

Hi folks,

Newbie here (well in Durham actually). Is this meetup still occurring in person?

Thanks!
Chris
