When looking to bring on a routine cleaning services to manage the maintenance of a property, what should that vetting process look like? I just started a side cleaning service (which has the manpower to cover larger commercial needs) with my business partner and I'm interested to learn more about what types of questions or materials (i.e referrals, testimonials, work experience) we should have prepared or expect ahead of a consultation? Any advice would be much appreciated!

How do property managers discover local residential and commercial cleaners or cleaning companies? I just started a side cleaning service (which has the manpower to cover larger commercial needs) with my business partner and I'm interested to learn about different resources, especially if there are popular platforms, that property managers or real estate professional use to help find services to maintain their properties. Any advice would be much appreciated!
