Thank you for reaching out @Ken Naim.  I am just starting the research on industrial investments, so I do not even know what I don't know.   Any background info that you are willing to share would be great.  As far as specifics: which part of Florida is the warehouse in? What type of a business are your tenants in? Did you purchase the warehouse while it was occupied and under a lease or vacant? Is it a triple net lease?  Did you run into any difficulties, have any words of wisdom?  I very much appreciate your help!

Hi everyone! With the rental market being  soft right now, I am evaluating whether it makes sense to rent out a one bedroom apartment (College Park) furnished or unfurnished on a short term (at least) month to month basis (for example, renting to raveling nurses).   I have never rented out a furnished unit in Orlando, and do not know whether there is a current demand and how strong it is.  If anyone has any info they can share (vacancy rates, rental value, etc), I would greatly appreciate it!  Thank you.

@Tyler Gibson Thanks, Tyler.  I also live in 32801, and have three investment properties in 32803 and 32806.  Since I only know and love the downtown Orlando market, it ois really hard to image venturing out to Lakeland!  Oh well, I will keep on the hunt.  Thank you!

@RUSSELL HOLMES Russell, thanks you for responding and I appreciate your suggestion.  I agree, the market is absolutely insane right now.  We have not yet closed (closing early April per contract), so we have a bit more wiggle room in terms of time.
